Cancellation Policy:

We understand our clients have busy lives and we have designed our cancellation policy with that in mind. We have limited capacity and often run a waiting list, so even as a few hours notice means we can extend these appointments to those guests who were unable to come in because we are sold out.

You are responsible for 50% of scheduled service price for canceling with less than 24 hours notice or 100% of the scheduled service by failing to arrive on time to a scheduled appointment. This fee is designed to give partial compensation for our top-notch therapists who rely on a busy schedule for a rewarding career and helps us retain our great employees. We appreciate your understanding!
